Sharpe valve bodies are produced from ASTM Al 82 grade 316L forged stainless, steel resulting in a lower ferrite and sulfur content. Computer aided machining along with skilled polishing technicians provide for a porosity free polished surface finish level to as low as 5 RA.

Years of research and continuous development have led to a modular valve design that many experts agree is far superior to other types of valve offerings. Sharpe' diaphragm valves exceed current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) through innovative design, meticulous production and use of the highest quality materials available.

All Sharpe diaphragm valves are cleaned by an ultrasonic bath and then are individually inspected, assembled and tested in a clean room to assure a leak tight fit and optimal performance. After testing is complete our valves are seated in plastic bags to ensure product integrity.

All manual bonnets, pneumatic actuators and related non-corrosive internal components are autoclavable. Zero deadleg, flush bottom tank and multipart valves are readily available.We have the capability to design and produce customized valves to solve problems found in high purity piping systems.
